When I was younger, I thought confidence meant saying the right thing.
The perfect text.
The clever comeback.
The smooth line.
But after losing my virginity at 14…
after entertaining chaotic & dysfunctional women …
after nearly letting the wrong ones derail my focus…
I realized something deeper.
Women don’t respond to your words.
They respond to your nervous system.
If your energy is rushed, she feels rushed.
If you’re trying to impress, she feels pressure.
If you’re slightly anxious, even if you’re smiling, she feels it.
When I rebuilt myself in 2025, I didn’t work on “game.”
I worked on:
• breath control
• slower pacing
• emotional regulation
• lowering my vocal tonality
• internal stability
That’s when everything changed.
Not because I became funnier.
But because I became calmer.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
Confidence isn’t personality.
It’s a regulated nervous system.
And most men’s nervous systems are chaotic.
That’s actually why I’ve been quietly building an app behind the scenes…
A system that helps you track and reinforce daily internal stability…
so your confidence isn’t just random anymore.
I’ll share more soon.
But before I do…
Reply with the word “STABLE” if you want to build confidence that doesn’t fluctuate.
Let’s see who’s serious.
